Internet access is realized by transferring data through optic transatlantic submarine cable using the uplink. Data transfer speed assured to the user is determined by the service tariff plan chosen by the user and is limited between 256 Кbps - 10 Мbps. Allocation of a higher access speed is to be additionally settled with the administration.
